TACTICAL FITNESS is a complete program that combines different training methods such as Calisthenics, Bootcamp, mixed martial arts training, Crossfit and more. So you can get in the best shape of your life!
THIS IS NOT AN APP. Even though our workouts are in web format and you´ll find the classic exercises list, each one is linked to a tutorial and you´ll have direct communication with your instructor.

In Tactical Fitness online training we have the following ways to start training:

1. : Designed to give you that boost that you need at the beginning, with short workouts and basic movements, training your whole body to prepare you for the more intense workouts ahead. The Jump Start is a series of predesigned workouts, and you will have a one to one contact with the instructor.
It has a current cost of US$30 for the whole 4 weeks and a bonus week to cover any setback you may have with your training. (€30 if you´re in the EU or £30 if you´re in the UK).

2. : For those that already have a fitness background but are still looking for a training that can make them more athletic, have more agility, better reflexes and a better quality of life. So they can move with more confidence through the world.
It has a current cost of US$30 for 1 month of workouts and advice. (€30 if you´re in the EU or £30 if you´re in the UK).

And: 3. : With workouts designed according to your needs. Such as age, weight, medical history, fitness and sports background, your available equipment and space for training. For men and women.
It has a cost of US$50 a month. (€50 if you´re in the EU or £50 if you´re in the UK). + 20 as a one time only enrollment fee.

During the first month you could send your training videos to receive feedback on your technique so you can improve while avoiding injuries. Or to adjust your level of intensity.
Whatever it is your reason to want to get in shape... Excel in sports, qualify for a job, having a athletic body, your health, or to have energy and strength to play with your kids. This is what you need!
For women the training has special attention to lower body. Abs, legs and glutes.
